1. Soak or cleanse feet
• Ideally, use after a shower, bath, or foot soak when skin is softened.
• Pat feet dry with a towel.
2. Use the rough side first
• Hold the file by the handle.
• Apply the coarse side (metal) to areas with calluses, thickened skin, or rough patches.
• Move the file in one direction (not a back-and-forth sawing motion) with light to medium pressure.
3. Switch to the fine side
• Flip the file to the smoother side (still metal but less abrasive).
• Gently buff over the same areas to refine and smooth the skin.
4. Moisturize
• Apply a nourishing foot cream (like Footlogix DD Cream or Urea-based mousse) to lock in hydration and keep skin supple.
5. Clean the file
• Rinse the file with warm water and soap.
• For deeper cleaning, you can use a disinfectant spray or soak briefly in isopropyl alcohol.
• Let it air dry before storing.

• Use once or twice a week for maintenance (more often may cause over-exfoliation).
• Always follow with moisturizer to keep calluses from reforming.
• Avoid using on broken skin, open cracks, or infections.
