Package Policy

By purchasing a service package from Total Wrapture Medi Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Package Sales Are Final: Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
2. 12-Month Expiry: All packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Unused Package Value After Expiry: After the 12-month expiry date, any remaining unused value will be retained as a dollar credit on the client's account. However, the original package discount and promotional pricing will no longer apply. Any future services will be charged at the regular applicable service price, with the remaining dollar credit applied toward the purchase.
4. Gift Card Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be used toward the purchase of service packages.
