Refund policy

At Total Wrapture Medi Spa, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a retail product, we are happy to review your return under the following guidelines:

Return Policy for Products (Skincare, Purse, Retail Items):

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, including a proof of purchase such as a receipt. Products returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Only items purchased from Total Wrapture Medi Spa may be assessed for return eligibility. For items purchased from another retailer, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your item.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the order total.

Items that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted sale items are final sale.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part, a shipping label will be provided by Total Wrapture.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the next steps.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.

 

Return Policy for Services:

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Please contact us by email at info@totalwrapture.ca within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied so we can address your concerns.

Allergy & Reaction Disclaimer: Services and products are used with client consent. Clients should inform the provider of any known allergies. No refunds are issued due to skin reactions unless deemed a product defect.
