Shipping policy

Total Wrapture Medi Spa ships purchases within Canada only.

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

Orders within Manitoba: A $15.00 + GST delivery fee will be applied to all orders.

Orders within Canada: A $22.00 + GST delivery fee will be applied to all orders within Canada. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping and handling of returned merchandise are non-refundable.

If a return is necessary due to our error, Total Wrapture Medi Spa will provide a shipping label.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on returns.

If you live in Winnipeg, MB, we welcome you to utilize our pick-up service to obtain your order.
Orders will be ready within 5 business days of your order, and you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.
Once you have received an email informing you that your order is ready for pick-up, you can pick it up at Total Wrapture Medi Spa located at 3-2255 Ness Avenue.
