How to Use

1. Dry brushing (before shower)
• Use the body brush on dry skin, before bathing.
• Brush in long, upward strokes toward your heart (e.g., ankles → thighs, wrists → shoulders).
• This helps exfoliate dead skin cells, stimulate circulation, and may support lymphatic flow.
• Do it for about 3–5 minutes.

2. Shower or bathe
• Rinse off dead skin cells loosened from dry brushing.
• Use your regular body wash/cleanser.

3. Apply body oil (after shower)
• Pat skin damp, not fully dry — oil locks in moisture best on damp skin.
• Warm a small amount of oil in your palms.
• Massage in with firm, upward motions. You can even use the brush (if it’s designed for wet use) to help massage oil deeper, but most people just use their hands.

Tips
• Dry brush 2–3 times per week; daily is okay if your skin isn’t sensitive.
• Always clean your brush regularly (soap + warm water, air dry bristles facing down).
• If your skin is sensitive, use gentler pressure or skip dry brushing and use the brush in the shower with a cleanser instead.
